Is it really free?

Yes. The Free plan has no monthly fee; we take a small percentage of each sale. Creator, Pro and Studio have a 0% platform fee. On every plan the payment processor's own charge is passed on at cost (UPI in India is free).

How do I get paid?

Connect Stripe or PayPal and buyers pay by card or PayPal; your share goes to your account. In India, buyers pay by UPI, card or netbanking through Cashfree, and your share settles to your bank account or UPI ID after a one-time KYC.

Do I need a registered business?

No. You can start selling as an individual. In India, if you have a GSTIN, add it to get input tax credit on our invoices and to issue GST invoices to your buyers.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on the Creator, Pro and Studio plans. Point a CNAME at us and HTTPS is set up automatically.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing on your store is deleted.
